Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Antonio Boerne

Our experience was very comfortable and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice (just a little dated) but they were clean and comfortable, the restrooms were clean. My husband used the work out area and the pool and they were good for what he wanted to get done. The breakfast in the morning was good. We stayed in a king suite and enjoyed it very much. We would stay again!

If you have a chance to have breakfast and meet 'Vernie from Bourne(Bernie)' who is the most charming breakfast manager ever. Made my experience here during Christmas a blast.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Boerne! From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and you could tell they truly take pride in keeping it that way. Our room was very nice — comfortable, updated, and inviting. Everything felt fresh, and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff really made the experience exceptional. They were over-the-top helpful, so friendly, and genuinely warm. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and every interaction throughout our stay was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the location was fantastic — convenient and easy to get to while still feeling peaceful. We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Boerne area. Clean, beautiful hotel with outstanding service!

Hotel staff is kind and friendly. The hotel property is clean and there were no issues with the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is hit or miss in most hotels.

This was a very nice hotel. The hotel was in a great location and the service was impeccable. The only thing and it really wasn’t a big deal was I do not like carpet in hotels and my trashcan did not have a liner which are both minor things. I would definitely visit and would love it if they would get rid of the carpet and put liners in the trash

Customer service is easy when everything goes right. The true test is how a team responds when it doesn’t. We made a decision to stay at the Fairfield Inn Boerne on our way to a volleyball tournament and arrived late. There was a small issue with our first room, and Sydni, at the front desk, handled it immediately with professionalism and zero attitude (something that isn’t always the case when traveling). She switched our room quickly and made sure we were taken care of. We were up early the next morning and Sydni was still at the desk with the same positive energy after her late shift. When we mentioned a maintenance concern by the window, she was again incredibly apologetic and said she’d have it addressed. What really stood out was that the general manager called me within the hour to apologize and ensure the issue was handled. That level of follow-through and pride in customer service is rare. A big thank you to Sydni and the team for handling everything with such professionalism!

This hotel has the friendliest people working. From the time I walked in I was greeted each time coming in or going out the door by the front desk staff. Vernie who fixed the breakfast was happy and made you happy. She did a great job and I even saw her in the late afternoon running the vacuum on my floor. I had a small problem with the shower that was fixed immediately. The king room I booked was comfortable and clean. Traveling alone I felt very safe. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Boerne.

It was a lovely space to stay, huge rooms with a great bathroom. The shower had good pressure and was super clean. Breakfast in the morning was included and had a lovely selection of bread and muffins. The staff were absolutely fantastic too, all very pleasant to speak to and would greet you every time in such a lovely manner.
